Our homestead features stone wine cellar dating back in 1700s where we still keep the tradition of wine aging in oak barrels and distilled drinks aging such as cognac, whiskey and fruit distilled drinks. Wine cellar was made in two periods, the first, original part of wine cellar is dating back in 1700s and is carved into solid rock. Later in 1850s the wine cellar was upgraded with expanded space, made of solid worked stone, with ceilings made of magnificent arched stone work. Wine cellar extends over 70m2 all rich with history and maintained with respect to original outlook. It’s primarily intended as wine and distilled drinks aging and storage, but occasionally we also host special events and wine tasting.
